A family-run company, Limpio House Cleaning is a woman-owned business from Honduras. Owner Brenda Sierra Spencer grew up in La Lima, which is a small town in Honduras. Upon leaving her native country for the United States, she quickly found gainful employment cleaning apartments. After cleaning apartments for several years, she decided to embark on starting her own business. Thus in 2006, Limpio House Cleaning was born.
Since the beginning of her business in 2006, Brenda’s team has grown to a crew of 8 workers. For the past ten years, she’s been fostering slow, steady growth in her business. She says it is important to grow slowly and steadily because slow growth ensures quality control. Although Brenda has employees, she still cleans houses for a few select long-time clients. To this day, she continues to implement the same rigorous cleaning standards she expects from her employees.
